Our charges for discussing your requirements, drafting and preparing your Will are £125.00 + VAT. Husband and Wife Wills (Mirrored Wills): £180.00 + VAT. Complex Wills that involve tax or estate planning issues are chargeable by the hour at a rate of £125 -£150 plus VAT.

Probate Matters
This is the process of obtaining permission to handle the financial affairs of a deceased person. Whether the deceased left a Will or not, we can assist in the administration of the estate and ease the emotional pressure at a difficult time.

Equity Release
Equity Release enables you to make effective use of assets, such as your house, as you get older. You can choose to receive a lump sum or monthly repayments, which will then be deducted from the value of your property when it comes to be sold.
